Catherine Lalonde

Catherine Lalonde is the driving passion behind Feel Fabulous, with a interest in beauty as far back as she can remember. As a little girl, Catherine fondly recalls confusing her mother as she would whip up a myriad of beauty concoctions in the kitchen, put egg yolks in her hair, and cover her face with oatmeal-yogurt masks. This fascination with organics and beauty only grew with age, fueling her ambition to live beautifully, naturally. A career in esthetics was a foregone conclusion.

She began by earning an excellence diploma in Esthetics and Electrolysis at Dominelli College of Esthetics & Makeup Artistry. A year later, she placed 2nd out of 60+ students in the rigorous, internationally recognized CIDESCO examination, earning her a prestigious CIDESCO diploma and qualifying her to work in any 5 star hotel, resort, or cruise-ship around the world. Armed with the necessary credentials, Catherine then sought and gained work experience at some of the most highly regarded spas in Vancouver.

While this was a great experience, however, it became abundantly clear that she could contribute so much more. A decision to further her business education soon allowed her to combine her skills and passion to yield her first venture, Feel Fabulous Mobile Spa, where she found particular success and enjoyment hosting kid and teen parties.

With a true love for her work, Catherine successfully integrates other activities she enjoys into her business, such as event management and working with children. Of course, she's always on the lookout for amazing products and services to bring into the Feel Fabulous fold, with an eye for beauty that extends well beyond the ordinary.

Faye

Makeup Artist/Hairstylist

Faye began her training as a makeup and hair artist in her home country of England, then continued on to further her training at Blanche Macdonald here in Vancouver. Credited with multiple magazine spreads and appointed Key Makeup & Hair Artist for various fashion shows, photo shoots, commercials, music videos, circus acts and more, we can confidently say that you are in the hands of a truly hard working and dedicated artist. We're pleased to have Faye as a genuine asset to the Feel Fabulous Mobile Spa team.

Zoe

Makeup Artist & Hairstylist

Zoe became interested in the beauty industry at a very young age. Being enrolled in competitive dance since the age of 3 has greatly influenced Zoe's career path today. Her skill of applying makeup and styling hair began while getting herself and classmates ready for dance competitions. Once realizing her passion for this industry, Zoe furthered her education at John Casablancas Institute, receiving a diploma for Makeup Artistry and a diploma for Hair Design. Zoe has gained a large amount of experience over the past three years doing makeup and hair for many fashion shows, bridal parties, graduations, and photo shoots. Alongside her experience in the beauty industry, Zoe has five years of work experience in childcare from working at a daycare as well as being a nanny. Working with kids is something Zoe holds dear to her heart and loves doing very much. Her love of children and passion for beauty lead her to working with Feel Fabulous Mobile Spa. She feels that this is the utmost perfect job for her, and can't wait to share her passion with all her lovely, little clients!

Natalie

Makeup Artist

Natalie has always been passionate about education, beauty, and creativity. While completing her BA in Psychology, at the University of British Columbia, Natalie felt that she needed a more creative outlet to take her mind off all her textbooks. She began earning her diploma in "Makeup Artistry" by night while studying child development by day. After graduating from Blanche Macdonald in 2008, Natalie finished her Psychology degree at UBC and made a name for herself as a makeup artist at various weddings, fashion events, and photo shoots. Natalie loves working with children and feels Feel Fabulous Mobile Spa is the perfect way for her to combine all the things that she loves doing. In her free time Natalie takes her dog for walks and is currently working on getting her certification as Yoga teacher and acceptance into a Masters program.
